Brief Description: Founded in 1994 by two Romanian engineers with
extensive experience in nuclear equipment quality assurance, AGENT TRADE
immediately established a core commitment to high-quality products. This
dedication quickly led to the company becoming the exclusive German importer
for Elektra Beckum AG. Supported by the German partner's impressive portfolio
and strategic commercial policies, AGENT TRADE solidified its position as a
significant supplier across various retail categories over the years. A subsequent collaboration with Metabo-Germany
marked a new phase of development and, crucially, a redefinition of AGENT
TRADE's corporate identity. In response to a competitive Romanian market with
established brands, the company implemented strategies to consolidate its
market leadership and address evolving product demands through its dealer
network. Its growing reputation as a serious, sound, and solid partner
fostered new commercial relationships with suppliers worldwide. This success spurred company shareholders to embark
on a new venture: developing and launching AGENT TRADE's own brand. The new
brand was envisioned to embody the company's established reputation for
delivering an excellent balance between product quality and price. In 2001, this vision became a reality with the
inauguration of assembly and production departments for AGT, AGENT TRADE's
proprietary brand. AGT projects came to life through strong partnerships with
renowned suppliers such as Honda, Lombardini, B&S, Kohler, Sincro-Soga,
NSM, Bertolini, Grillo, and Batmatic, alongside products tailored to the
internal distribution network's needs. By consistently delivering European-level quality in
its products and offering robust technical and commercial support to its
dealers, AGENT TRADE emerged as Romania's foremost producer of mobile current
and welding generating sets. Underscoring this commitment, the company
implemented and certified its quality management system in compliance with
ISO 9001 in 2005. AGENT TRADE's quality policy remains focused on key
strategic objectives: prioritizing client needs to fulfill both their
explicit and implicit requirements, fostering mutually beneficial supplier
relationships, and continually improving its Quality Management System and
overall performance to ensure success in a competitive market. |
