The "National Association of Consultants and Managers of Safety at Work" (ANCO.RS) is a nonprofit employers' union, established in accordance with Article 39 of the Italian Constitution.

    As a nationally representative body, ANCO.RS boasts a substantial membership of over 30,000, encompassing both freelancers and companies. Headquartered with its registered office in Battipaglia (SA), the association maintains a significant presence with approximately 200 offices throughout Italy and nine representative offices abroad.

    Furthermore, in its capacity as a national employers' union association, ANCO.RS is a signatory to various National Collective Agreements (CCNL). These agreements are formally registered with the National Council for Economics and Labour (CNEL) and the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies, underscoring the association's role in national labor relations.
