In an evolving industrial context where product technologies increasingly converge, FEDERTEC reaffirms its position as the primary point of reference for Italy's industrial automation sector. The association champions the integration of diverse technologies and is dedicated to representing the entire production chain.

    FEDERTEC is the Association representing the Italian Industry of Mechatronic Technologies and Components for Fluid Power, Power Transmission, Smart Automation, and the Control of Industrial Products and Processes.

    Established in 2019, FEDERTEC was created through the strategic merger of two key industry bodies: ASSIOT (Italian Association of Gears and Transmission Elements Manufacturers) and ASSOFLUID (Italian Association of Manufacturing and Trading Companies in Fluid Power Equipment and Components).

    Building on this foundation, FEDERTEC further expanded its comprehensive scope in April 2022 by incorporating FNDI (Italian Federation of Industrial Distribution). This move integrated a crucial distribution element, thereby completing its representation of the mechatronic technologies value chain.
