Brief Description: Automotive Equipment Group SC, which is currently in
liquidation, was established in 2001. It originated from the voluntary
aggregation of nine entrepreneurs who envisioned that a union between their
companies would provide a valuable opportunity to implement an
internationalization strategy, thereby enabling them to better face market
challenges and an increasingly global competitive landscape. Over its years of activity, the consortium
successfully explored distant markets, activated transversal synergies to
penetrate new sectors, and facilitated the sharing and enhancement of
resources and skills both within the consortium itself and among its
associated companies. During its operational period, the consortium
developed the capability to create turnkey solutions for garages and for
railway assistance and maintenance services in key international markets. A
notable achievement in its history was obtaining the Advanced Level
accreditation from the Emilia-Romagna Region in 2017, a prerequisite for
accessing public funding for internationalization |
