Brief
Description: CABEF ITALIA SRL was founded in
April 2005 by its current director, Mechanical Engineer Baldetti Emanuele,
marking the beginning of what is now two decades of operation. Initially
headquartered in Ostra Vetere, the company focused on the design, production,
and marketing of products for the environmental protection sector. From its
inception, CABEF began participating in the annual Ecomondo fair, an
international reference event in Europe and the Mediterranean basin for
technologies, services, and industrial solutions in the green economy
sectors. In January 2007, pursuing a path of growth and
implementing an investment policy aimed at acquiring new market shares and
strengthening its internal production capacity, the company expanded its
activities to include general mechanics management in Jesi. A significant
corporate restructuring and reorganization occurred in August 2009 to better
navigate the crisis affecting the broader economic system and specifically
the Mechanical sector. This involved transferring its headquarters to the
industrial area of Castelbellino. At this juncture, CABEF strategically
decided to cease its general mechanical engineering activities (specifically
turning and milling for third parties) and instead invested resources in
highly specialized personnel and latest-generation machinery. The company
equipped itself with 3 to 5-axis numerically controlled machines and work
centers to guarantee precision mechanical processing in line with evolving
market demands. This focused approach enabled a growing trend in market
acquisition for CABEF in both the Mechanical and Environmental sectors,
leading to the export of its products and an opening to international
markets. Continuing its growth trajectory started in 2011,
CABEF created a new electromechanics sector in 2014, dedicated to designing
and manufacturing electromagnets and heaters. To develop this new division,
the company continued to invest in specialized personnel, leading to its
first participation in the EIMA international agricultural fair in 2016, with
a confirmed presence again in 2018. Investment policies established in 2015
laid the groundwork for further growth in 2016 and 2017. In 2018, the company
continued to enhance its capabilities by expanding its machine park with
equipment featuring increasingly advanced controls, aligning with the advent
of Industry 4.0. These strategies within the Mechanical sector have allowed
CABEF to maintain a high quality standard, recognized by its loyal customers,
and enabled the company to satisfy significant requests even during
particularly complicated periods such as 2020. Taking advantage of the incentives offered by the
Industry 4.0 plan, CABEF initiated a new, deep investment plan in 2022. This
included the purchase of two CNC lathes and an automatic warehouse for the
storage of raw materials (both 4.0 compatible), in addition to acquiring a
building of approximately 1,200 square meters to serve as a new production
site. In the Environment sector, further investments are planned for the
design of new products, supported by the creation of an internal staff
specialized in this field. Periodic investments in capital goods have
consistently allowed CABEF to maintain a high quality standard, recognized by
loyal customers who have remained steadfast even in challenging years. In
2023, the company began relocation operations to its new Monte Roberto plant. Today, CABEF ITALIA SRL stands as a company that,
through the extensive theoretical and practical skills acquired by its
founder and current director throughout his academic and experiential
journey, is highly competitive in the market, particularly in terms of
product quality and precision engineering. |
