Description: With a rich history spanning 106
years, the company now known as Costante Sesino & C. began its journey in
1919 when the Sesino brothers founded "F.lli Sesino" in a small
workshop in Milan, initially producing and maintaining grilles and radiators
for vehicles. A significant early milestone came in 1922 when, after
receiving a large order for car radiators from the Edoardo Bianchi company,
F.lli Sesino & C. moved to a new, larger location in Via Noè, Milan.
During the 1930s, the company's activity expanded to include the production
of radiator grilles, condensers, and evaporators for refrigerating systems, a
line of business that continued until the end of the Second World War. Following the war and with the resignation of
brother Alfredo, the company became Costante Sesino & C. and
strategically focused its production on car radiators, a field where it was
already known for its reliability and quality. A pivotal transformation
occurred at the beginning of the 1950s when, thanks to the appearance of new
oleodynamic technology, Costante Sesino pioneered the production of oil heat
exchangers, becoming the first in Italy to do so. To keep pace with this
emerging market, the company relocated in 1954 to a new headquarters in Via
Doberdò, Milan. By the mid-1970s, Costante Sesino had become a
market leader in the production of air-oil and water-oil heat exchangers for
oleodynamic systems, leading to the decision to almost definitively leave the
production of car radiators. In the following years, the recognized quality
and reliability of its products allowed the company to expand its sales
abroad, systematically building a sales network that is now present on almost
all continents. To support its continuous growth, Costante Sesino
moved in 2003 to its new and current headquarters in Gessate: a modern
facility with a 4,000 m² production area equipped with some of the most
advanced technologies in the sector. The dynamism that has always identified
Costante Sesino, combined with a deep knowledge of heat exchange technology,
continues to push the company to expand its boundaries and its production
into new markets. |
