Brief
Description: The story of Erreppi began in 1976
when Rio Proietti, concretely realizing his passion for mechanics, founded
the company. For 49 years, this passion has driven the company's evolution
and innovation. Erreppi's first products were PTO-Driven Trailers, which were
highly innovative for their time. The cutting-edge technological systems used
in production soon allowed the company to evolve and design increasingly
complex machines. A significant milestone was reached in the 1980s when the
Erreppi team designed and launched the MTA, a revolutionary machine created
from the fusion of a trailer and a power tiller. Within its first ten years
of operation, the company was already developing a bias toward the
international market, beginning to export its products to Spain and Portugal. With the design of the MTA, Erreppi gradually
shifted from being a manufacturer of agricultural attachments to a producer
of complete, real machines. In the 1990s, the company's team of brilliant
minds developed and launched several new models, including the Slalom 20,
Master SX, and Jumper 50. During these years, Erreppi became masters of
intelligently combining parts, sourcing components from the automotive sector
to offer high-quality products at moderate prices. From the genius of
Production Manager Paolo Proietti came the idea of a light, compact, and
maneuverable tractor; in 1999, the highlight of Erreppi's European market was
designed and subsequently named Bantam. The 2000s saw the birth of Buffalo, an invention
that revolutionized the way agricultural activities were performed,
especially in tropical countries. Throughout this decade, the Bantam and
Buffalo models competed for the first position on the Erreppi production
line; while Bantam was more suitable for the European market, Buffalo found
immediate and great success in Malaysia and Indonesia. In Nigeria, the
company developed a project for social innovation and territorial development
through the design of Crop To Market, a versatile product consisting of a
rotary tiller, several smart accessories, and a trailer. Also in the 2000s,
the first Maga was launched, an innovative solution for the mechanized
harvest of hanging fruits that has now evolved into the advanced Maga 800. The 2010s marked a real turning point for the
Buffalo line, which came in 2012 with the launch of Buffalo 2. This new model
was the result of extensive target market research, carried out side-by-side
with end-users, and featured significant improvements in both its design and
the technical strength of each component. By 2014, there was a further
evolution as the Erreppi team developed the Buffalo 2 Plus, which year after
year has become an exemplary model for the international agricultural tractor
industry. Today, Erreppi maintains a constant and active
dialogue with its users around the globe to keep up with their evolving
needs. Our goal is to consistently improve their performance by providing
innovative products that are perfectly suited to every specific requirement. |
