With a family history in agricultural tool
production dating back to the early 1900s—a legacy recognized as early as
1923 with a gold medal at the Milan industrial revival exhibition—Fiaba was
formally founded in 1965 in Camisano Vicentino (VI), Italy. Established by
brothers Marcelio and Annunzio Ferraretto as a continuation of their father
Vittorio's artisan business, the company initially focused on processing iron
and manufacturing small tools for forestry, agriculture, and gardening. Since 1982, Fiaba has strategically evolved into a
leading wholesale import-export business. Over the decades, it has curated a
portfolio of high-quality brands to meet the needs of both hobbyists and
professional users. This includes becoming the exclusive distributor for
prominent brands such as Solo, Orec, Snapper, Billy Goat, Ferris, and the
K-Japan line, among others, offering a wide range of products from spray
pumps and lawnmowers to professional-grade brush cutters and chainsaws. Today, Fiaba continues to be a key player in the
gardening sector in Italy. A recent and significant development in 2025 is
the strategic partnership with MOWRATOR, a leader in new-generation,
battery-powered radio-controlled lawnmowers. This collaboration is a
confirmation of Fiaba's vision, which is consistently oriented towards
identifying, promoting, and distributing the most advanced technological
innovations on the market, underscoring their ability to anticipate the needs
of the sector and offer solutions that transform the way green professionals
work. |
