With a rich history spanning 33 years, Hangzhou
Befa Machinery Co., Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturers and exporters
of custom mechanical parts, operating since 1992. Specializing in a wide
range of components, our portfolio includes cylinder parts, heating elements,
auto lathe parts, turning parts, milling parts, stamping parts, and casting
& forging parts. All of our parts are meticulously produced according to
our customers' specific drawings, using materials such as steel, stainless steel,
aluminum, brass, and copper, with every shipment accompanied by a material
certificate to ensure quality. Our entire production is exported to clients
in Europe and America.
Our extensive manufacturing capabilities are housed
in a facility equipped with more than 50 machine centers, 200 CNC lathes, and
50 auto lathe machines for turning and milling. For stamping and pressing, we
have over 100 punch presses (ranging from 0.5 to 500 tons) and 10 hydraulic
presses (from 55 to 315 tons), alongside various welding and drilling
machines, allowing us to produce large quantities of stamping, casting, and
forging parts. Our inspecting team is comprised of senior engineers
who develop the craft and control quality from the moment drawings are
received to the final shipment. These experts ensure we can develop multiple
different crafts and find the most efficient way to produce your product.
Even for products with strict requirements, such as a surface roughness of
Ra0.4 or Ra0.8 and a tolerance of ±0.01mm, we can still manage to produce at
the lowest possible cost, offering European-quality products at a reasonable
