With a mission to be a leader in
implementing intelligent and efficient cultivation solutions, Kverneland
Group Italia was officially established on January 1, 2005. The Italian
subsidiary was created following a strategic decision by the Kverneland Group's
management to integrate the distribution of all its owned brands—including
Vicon, Rau, Kverneland, Accord, and others—into a single, unified sales
channel. Led by CEO Eleonora Benassi and Sales Director
Sandro Battini, the branch has grown significantly over its 20-year history.
Its operational heart is at its headquarters in Castiglione delle Stiviere
(Mantova), which includes over 500 square meters of offices, a
1,400-square-meter covered warehouse, and a unique 400-square-meter
conference center capable of hosting up to 500 people. Throughout its history, Kverneland Group Italia has
adapted to strategic changes, including the Group's divestment of certain
business lines and the acquisition of Gallignani S.p.A., which enhanced its
portfolio with balers and wrappers. Since 2013, the branch has successfully
implemented a full-line brand strategy, offering dealers the most complete
range on the market under the Kverneland Full Line and Vicon Broad
Line brands. Since 2016, it has also distributed Kubota Implements to
the Kubota dealer network in Italy. Today, with a stable team of approximately 20
employees and a network of about 70 dealers operating throughout the country,
Kverneland Group Italia is a market leader in Italy. The company is committed
to constant growth through its qualified and competent network of partners
and distributors, ensuring that end customers are informed, advised, and
assisted with the right solutions for their needs. |
