Brief Description:

At IUMEX GROUP S.p.A., we produce high-quality castings in strict accordance with both national and international standards. Quality control is meticulously managed at various stages of our production cycle, beginning with a careful selection of incoming raw materials and continuing throughout all subsequent manufacturing phases. We also conduct constant laboratory tests for in-depth metallurgical control, including chemical, metalloscopic, and metallographic analyses. To meet any specific client need, we are equipped with modern machinery capable of developing and producing any model for any particular product. In a recent expansion of our capabilities, Iumex has also begun machining castings and now boasts a technologically advanced fleet of machinery for this purpose.

Our Mechanical Castings Division includes a comprehensive range of casting facilities:

Smelting Department: Equipped with two hot blast furnaces, providing a daily production of 100-130 tons of liquid pig iron, and two electric induction furnaces for homogenization, analytical control, and any necessary corrections.

Forming Plants:

    * An automatic "DISAMATIC – Type 2013" system (Bracket dimensions: 600×460 mm).

    * An automatic "DISAMATIC – Type 2032" system (Bracket dimensions: 775×600 mm).

    * An F40 shock system (Bracket dimensions: 1400×1200 mm, 800×800 mm, 800×1000 mm).

    * FOROMAT F10, F20, and F30 shock systems with various bracket sizes.

    * Hand-forming capabilities for producing large-scale items.

Sandblasting Systems: Including two cluster sandblasters.

Core-Shooting Plants: Utilizing both “COLD BOX” systems and “SHELL MOLDING” systems (including Schalco U900, Schalco U180, and Lampe L 20).
