With a rich history spanning 49 years, the company MA/AG started its activity in Casalbuttano, Italy, in 1976. It was born from the innovative idea of its founder, Cav. Angelo Ruggeri, who, from the very beginning, was convinced that the winning solutions for modern agriculture were to be found in the alternative to traditional ploughing. It is for this reason that, from the 1980s, he began the construction of pioneering equipment for minimum tillage and conservative agriculture, with the clear aim of guaranteeing elevated productivity connected to cost reduction and a lower impact on the environment.

    The company maintains a strong family structure, and the unitary spirit of the family is one of its most successful attributes and a great source of pride. Today, Cav. Angelo Ruggeri is supported in the business by his two daughters, Serena and Olha, and his son-in-law Roberto, all holding strategic positions within the company. The foresight of the founder, connected to the dynamic company structure, permits ma/ag to realize innovative, modern, and sophisticated machines designed to solve the problems and meet the necessities of the most exigent customers.

    In recent years, the company's commercial activity has become more intense, developing collaborations and relationships in Italy and concretely increasing its presence in Europe and all over the world. The company has successfully established itself in numerous countries—including Australia, France, Germany, Great Britain, New Zealand, Russia, and Spain, among many others—recognized for the seriousness and reliability of its products.

    A new chapter began in 2006 with the addition of MA/AG DIVISIONE SEMINATRICI S.R.L., a new company with the specific purpose of producing pneumatic planters and seed drill machines for no-till soil. We are confident that this new adventure will allow us to assure a wider range of products for our customers, all produced with the seriousness and a constant dedication to improving ourselves more and more, in order to permit our companies to remain at the forefront and in step with the times.
