With a rich history spanning 60 years, the company now known as MB Bergonzi was founded in 1965 by Mr. Vittorio Emanuele Bergonzi, known as Germano, in Stradella, a small town in the Oltrepò Pavese region of Italy, nestled at the foot of hills cultivated with vineyards. It was during these early years that the first agricultural dusters were designed and built, featuring a fan located under the tank and an innovative mechanical system for distributing powder that has always optimized the constant flow of product on our machines.

    This deep specialization in the production of agricultural dusters for sulfur, combined with the true craftsmanship with which they are produced, has established the company as a key point of reference for farmers, resellers, and other manufacturers of agricultural machinery. The quality and reliability of the products offered have made MB Bergonzi one of the leading companies in the world for agricultural dusters used in the treatment of plant diseases such as oidium (powdery mildew), Botrytis (grey mould), and many others with sulfur, ventilated sulfur, sulfur bentonite, and copper sulfide.

    Since 1992, after 33 years, the company has been directed by Mr. Valter Bergonzi, Germano’s son. In 1999, MB Bergonzi moved from its original location to its current headquarters on Via Repubblica, a move that significantly improved logistics and optimized the entire production cycle. Today, we perform almost all manufacturing work within the company to ensure a direct check on quality and to optimize production times to meet even the most specific customer requirements. We have our own moulds for the production of tanks, sleeves, and polyethylene nozzles, as well as for the casting of agitators and main powder tanks in special materials, and for aluminum castings of gearboxes and fan housings. We carry out the direct in-house production of multipliers with spiral bevel gears, dynamically balanced steel fans with molded blades, frames, and all the detailed components such as adjusting rods and accessories.
