degree of flexibility. Cutting Tools and Manufacturing Excellence Our product brands, MWS and MTV, are
utilized as premium cutting tools all around the world. In the production of
our knives and blades at our site in Schmalkalden, Germany, we focus on the
expansion and strengthening of our domestic manufacturing capabilities, as
well as on the procurement of mainly regional resources, reflecting our deep
commitment to both quality and sustainability. We produce knives and blades
for numerous applications in agriculture and forestry, municipal technology,
and the tire and recycling industries. Our mechanical equipment includes
advanced milling and grinding machines capable of producing blades with a
length of up to 6 meters. As an integral part of the Mendritzki Group value
chain, we optimize our competencies in tool cutting. By covering the entire
process from our own steel strip up to ready-to-mount components, we provide
custom solutions that meet all the demands placed on the products to be
manufactured. This is supplemented by the in-house use of heat treatment and
a wide range of coating processes, where we can reach layer thicknesses of
0.2 to 10 mm on automated lines for parts up to 6,000 mm long. Our products
gain considerable longer endurance due to the specialized welding of
wear-resistant hard coatings. Commitment to Quality, Safety, and
