While the company name was new, the expertise behind it was seasoned; the Holmbergs had been serving the Southwest Aggregate and Mining community since 1989. Their vision for DEMI was to take this regional expertise and broaden it, aiming to better serve the entire United States, Canada, and international markets.

    At the very heart of their identity is a "humble beginning" that fueled a tireless work ethic. This is a story that started in a small shop in rural Cresbard, South Dakota. From these modest roots, they aggressively pushed their new identity into the market, creating connections with mining icons and expanding their physical footprint. This drive soon led them to a larger industrial facility in Aberdeen, South Dakota, and reconnected them with their roots in the Southwest through a fleet of service trucks based out of Phoenix, Arizona.
