The origins of LobePro trace back to 1978 when Holland Pump Manufacturing (HPM) began operations in Florida. The true catalyst for the company, however, came from grueling real-world testing. HPM’s key managers were operating a rental fleet that included 250 German-made rotary lobe pumps, ultimately logging over 1.5 million hours of heavy-duty run time.

By meticulously tracking failures, repairs, and maintenance across this massive operational footprint, the team realized they could significantly improve the machinery's durability and performance without altering its fundamental design. In 2005, HPM opened a large new plant in Georgia and began manufacturing their own optimized rotary lobe pumps under the LobePro tradename. As demand rapidly grew, LobePro Inc. was officially spun off into a separate subsidiary, empowering its management team to focus exclusively on engineering the most reliable rotary lobe pumps on the market.

The newly independent company initially focused its engineering efforts on building Large Frame rotary lobe pumps specifically designed for moving heavy sludge and slurries. As their manufacturing capabilities scaled, so did their product lineup and global footprint. In 2007, LobePro expanded its dealer network and introduced a highly versatile Medium Frame line. By 2009, the company had earned its ISO 9001:2008 certification and established a sales office in China. The ensuing years marked a period of rapid technological and international advancement; LobePro secured CE and Atex certifications for the European market, launched a Small Frame series, and introduced the API-Series of API 676 Compliant pumps to meet the rigorous, heavily regulated demands of the Oil and Gas industry. Throughout the 2010s, they continuously refined their mechanical designs, introducing critical innovations like rebuildable cartridge seals, steel core lobes, advanced Duplex SS materials, and the one-piece ProForm unit designed specifically for extreme corrosive barrier protection.

Today, operating under ISO 9001:2015 certification and featuring advanced high-pressure H-door designs, LobePro manufactures 13 distinct models across three specialized categories. These include the S-Series for sludge, mud, and general slurries; the C-Series for highly corrosive chemicals; and the D-Series featuring heavy-duty Duplex pumps for abrasive environments, with every line available in an API 676 Compliant version. Refusing to outsource their quality control, every single LobePro pump is proudly built and assembled in the United States. Standing firmly behind their American-made craftsmanship and an unwavering commitment to minimizing industrial downtime, the company offers an uncompromising pledge: for the first five years after a pump is purchased, they guarantee the shipment of wear parts within two working days of receiving an order, or the parts are entirely free.
