For 46 years, since its establishment in 1979 in Modena, Italy, Atlantic Fluid Tech has been a distinguished manufacturer of highperformance, quality hydraulic valves and components.

The company's journey began as CHS, founded in 1979 to produce aluminium, steel, and cast iron blocks for the thenemerging hydraulic market. By the 1990s, CHS had specialized in the production, assembly, and testing of finished hydraulic valves and integrated circuits designed by third parties, quickly establishing itself as a highly qualified supplier in the field. A new chapter commenced in 2008 with the formation of Atlantic Fluid Tech, a company dedicated to designing, developing, and selling its own line of hydraulic valves and integrated blocks. In 2011, these two entities merged, consolidating under the Atlantic Fluid Tech name. This created a new industrial force that skillfully combined modern design capabilities with extensive production expertise, with its primary strength becoming adhoc personalized engineering based on specific customer requirements.

Today, Atlantic Fluid Tech offers a comprehensive line of standard hydraulic products. This extensive portfolio includes diverter valves, pressure reducing valves, flow control valves, relief valves, hydraulic metering valves, overcentre valves and cartridges, proportional flow divider valves, hydraulic flow divider combiners, modular valves, check valves, and several versions of solenoid cartridge valves, highpressure cartridge valves, and pressure reducing valves.

Manufacturing excellence is central to Atlantic Fluid Tech's operations, supported by six production plants covering an overall surface of 15,400 sqm. These facilities include two new AFT units equipped with stateoftheart production technologies, complemented by four sister companies specializing in heat treatment, thermal deburring, turning, and the production of cartridges and manifolds. Operating from Emilia, a region renowned for its mechanical excellence and deep tradition in the hydraulic field, the company benefits from a highly qualified local supplier chain.
