Frandent and was later formally established in 1977 by his son, Ezio Bruno.
With 48 years of history, the company has grown through strong determination
and continuous improvement to become a very important name in agriculture,
specializing in the production of agricultural machines, particularly power
harrows, tedder spreaders, and rotary rakes. Frandent's commitment to innovation and
sustainability is embodied by its modern plant in Osasco, which has been
operational since 2006. The facility showcases a true dedication to
environmental sustainability and creating optimal working conditions. The
technical department is illuminated by Australian "light pipe"
technology, which diffuses natural sunlight throughout the offices. The
production area features a thermal system with radiant underfloor heating and
strategically placed windows for comfortable climatic conditions and uniform
brightness. A cornerstone of their environmental and economic strategy is a
biomass boiler, which uses wood chips to produce heat for the underfloor
heating system and for the automatic painting line. This painting line further
demonstrates their respect for the environment by using water-based catalyzed
paints rather than conventional solvent-based coatings. Regarding its production process, Frandent operates
a "Lean Production" system based on the "just-in-time"
principle—producing only what the customer needs—and on the elimination of
any type of waste. The plant's layout allows the production process to follow
a linear route, robotized welding islands ensure higher quality in conditions
of total safety for the operators, and a vertical automatic warehouse
minimizes waste in terms of square meters by eliminating excess stock. This
focus on policies that reduce waste and utilize renewable resources is a
first step toward independence from dangerous realities for both people and
the environment. This commitment to quality is further validated by a
15,000-square-meter test field used to perform functional tests on the
quality and durability of Frandent's machines in extreme conditions, ensuring
