Brief Description: With a family tradition in agricultural machinery
since 1972, the company now known as Forigo Roter Italia began its commercial
activity over 53 years ago when the Forigo brothers manufactured their first
rotary harrow in a small factory in Salizzole, near Verona. The original
company name, Roter Italia, was derived from this first machine:
"Roter" for the rotation of its soil-breaking tools, and
"Italia" to identify the proud origin of its production. As the company grew, its headquarters were
subsequently transferred to a much larger 25,000 m² facility in Ostiglia
(Mantova), where it is currently located. Today, all Roter Italia production
is marked and distributed globally with the FORIGO brand. The company's offerings are divided into two
specialized product lines for soil processing: A historical line for the traditional
agricultural sector, which includes rotary harrows, hoes/mills, shredders,
leaf removers, and rotary ploughs. A special line for the horticultural,
gardening, and special crops sector, featuring advanced machinery such as
stone buriers, bed formers, hillers, mulchers, soil sterilizers, and seeders. |
